RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At MUSHA™ (operated through avenzox.com), your satisfaction is our priority.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You have 30 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date to request a return. To qualify, ALL of the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original factory condition
• The item must be in its original packaging including all accessories and adapters
• A valid proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be provided
• The return request must be submitted within the 30-day window

Items that have been installed, used, or modified in any way may not qualify for return at MUSHA™'s sole discretion.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• Items damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification
• Items returned without original packaging or accessories
• Items for which a return is requested after the 30-day window
• No final sale items

3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Email support@avenzox.com with:
• Your full name and order number
• Reason for the return
• Clear photos or video of the item's current condition

We will respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

4. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return:
• Approved refunds processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@avenzox.com with:
• Order number and full name
• Description of the defect
• Clear photo or video evidence

Upon verification we will offer a full replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.

6. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received your refund:
1. Check your bank account and payment statements
2. Contact your credit card provider
3. Contact your bank regarding pending transactions

7. CONSUMER RIGHTS

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable law including applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
